PLEASE READ THIS FULL PAGE BEFORE BOOKING Welcome! I am Christy Williams. I have been braiding for 12+ years. I offer a variety of braid services. I am located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I look forward to meeting you! As a mom of two, there will be days my children are with me during appointments. I completely understand if you prefer a kid-free environment, but if that’s the case, I may not be the best fit for you. BOOKS ARE ALWAYS OPEN, BUT ONLY 30 DAYS WILL SHOW AT A TIME •Please come shampooed and blown out as straight as possible unless you select an add on. •Please do not use any oils or product before your appointment besides a light heat protector. •Braiding hair is included with all services that requires it. •Please view the add on section if you’re looking to add on things like blowout, ACV wash, curls, etc. •There is a form that will pop up after booking, please complete it, it asks about hair color, allergies, and etc. If the form isn’t competed, color will default to 1B.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You can cancel or reschedule directly through the booking site up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, you will need to contact me directly. If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms such as fever, vomiting, coughing, a sore throat, or a runny nose, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. For the health and comfort of everyone in the salon, I am unable to service clients who are showing signs of a contagious illness. All deposits are non-refundable. If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you; however, if I have not heard from you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered canceled.
